Andrew Firth BA (Hons) – Senior Partner – Andrew specialises in family law and civil litigation and is head of the Firm’s family department. He qualified in 1985 and joined Foys in 1987, becoming a Partner in 1988. Andrew is an advanced member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and has an Advanced Professional Diploma in Personal Injury Litigation. Andrew is based at our Rotherham office.

Kim Ashley LL.B (Hons) – Joint Managing Partner – Kim specialises in Family Matters. She joined the practice in 2001 and qualified in 2004, becoming a Partner in 2012 and becoming joint Managing Partner in 2016. Kim is Head of the Family Law Department in Doncaster and is also the Firm’s Legal Aid Agency Representative. Kim is a member of Resolution and is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist in the areas of Children Law – Private, Domestic abuse and cohabitation. As joint Managing Partner Kim now also deals with the Firms risk and compliance issues. Kim is based at our Doncaster office.

Karen Swannack BSc (Hons) – Karen specialises in Family Law and is a member of Resolution and is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist in the areas of Children Law – Private and Domestic Violence as well as being a trained Family Mediator. She qualified in 1995 and joined Foys in 1996 becoming a partner in 2013. Karen is based at our Waterthorpe office.

Anuj Makol LL.B (Hons) – Joint Managing Partner – Anuj specialises in Employment Law but deals with other areas of Civil Litigation including Personal Injury and Contract Disputes and is Head of the Firm’s Civil Litigation Department. He is a Member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He joined Foys in 2001 and qualified in 2003, becoming a Partner in 2013 and joint Managing Partner in 2016. Anuj is also the Firms Complaints Manager. Anuj is based at our Doncaster office.

Clare Morgan LL.B (Hons) – Clare specialises in Family Law and is a Member of Resolution and also a Resolution Accredited Specialist in the areas of Advocacy Financial Provision and Children Law – Private. She is also a child and adult party representative on the law society children panel. She qualified in 1998 and joined Foys in 2008 becoming a Partner in 2013. Clare is based at our Worksop office.
