Partner Clare Morgan re-accredited for Children Law

Foys Solicitors are delighted to announce that partner Clare Morgan, based at our Worksop office, has been re-accredited for Children Law by The Law Society.

Clare specialises in Family Law and is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist, as well as a Collaborative Family Lawyer and a child and adult party representative on The Law Society Children Panel.

The Children Law Accreditation is for law practitioners who can demonstrate a high level of competence and knowledge in children law proceedings, including the representation of children. This accreditation ensures that clients can select a professional with proven competency in children law proceedings. Re-accreditation shows that Clare has maintained a high standard of expertise.

Outside of work, Clare also dedicates her spare time to working with children. As a scout leader she has travelled across Europe, and she represented her county and country at the 20th World Scout Jamboree in Thailand in 2002. Clare says: “Scouting offers a wealth of opportunities for children and young people to meet a diverse range of new people, learn skills and face challenges from which they can benefit for a lifetime. I am a strong advocate of what Scouting as a youth movement can offer those involved both as participants or as leaders.”

“Otherwise I enjoy spending time with family and friends and walking my very spoiled chocolate Labrador.”

Everyone at Foys Solicitors would like to congratulate Clare on her continued success.
