Hannah Searson is a Trainee Solicitor in the Family Department based at Foys Solicitors, Doncaster.
Hannah completed her LLB Law Degree at the Open University, graduating with 2:1 Honours. Hannah is now working towards the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE), alongside her practical legal training with Foys.
Hannah joined Foys Solicitors in November 2022 as an Accredited Police Station Representative and Crown Court Clerk. Her previous experience provided her with a strong foundation of transferable skills, including client care, case management, legal drafting and working effectively in high-pressure environments, all of which have enabled her to transition into family law.
Within the Family Department, Hannah supports a wide range of matters, including care proceedings. She is responsible for assisting with taking client instructions, drafting and analysing legal documents and assisting with the day-to-day management of cases.

Hannah understands that family law matters can be both sensitive and stressful and she is committed to providing a supportive, approachable and professional service, helping clients feel informed and reassured throughout the legal process.
Experience
Hannah has experience with a particular focus on public law children cases, including care proceedings. She supports the Family Law department throughout the lifetime of the case.
