Hannah Serson is a Trainee Solicitor in the Family Fepartment based at Foys Solicitors, Doncaster.
Hannah completed her LLB Law Degree at the Open University, graduating with 2:1 Honours. Hannah is now working towards the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE), alongside her practical legal training with Foys.
Hannah joined Foys Solicitors in November 2022 as a Accredited Police Station Representative and Crown Court Clerk. Her previous experience provided her with a strong foundation of transferable skills, including client care, case management, legal drafting and working effectively in high-pressure environments, all of which have enabled her to transition into family law.
Within the Family Fepartment, Hannah supports a wide range of matters, including care proceedings. She is responsible for assisting taking client instructions, drafting and analysing legal documents and assisting with the day-today management of cases.

Experience
Hannah has experience with a particular focus on public law children cases, including care proceedings. She supports the Family Law department throughout the lifetime of the case.
