Pauline is a friendly and approachable Paralegal who takes pride in doing the best for all her clients. She understands the sensitive nature of discussing difficult family situations and is compassionate and empathetic. Pauline takes her time to listen and provide a service that she would want to receive herself.
Experience
Wills: Drafting, reviewing, and ensuring the proper execution of legal wills to reflect clients' final wishes.
Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs): Assisting clients in preparing and registering LPAs, which legally appoint someone to make decisions about their finance, property, health, and welfare if they lose mental capacity.
Probate Applications: Preparing the necessary paperwork to apply for a Grant of Probate (or Letters of Administration if there is no will), allowing executors or administrators to manage the deceased's estate.
Assisting with the Administration of Estates: Supporting the complete process of managing and distributing a deceased person's assets, including gathering valuations, paying debts and taxes, and distributing inheritances to beneficiaries.
